Create your account
Name, date of birth and the state you live in, so we can match you with a provider licensed there.
Health questionnaire
Goals, height and weight, medical history, medications and allergies. About four minutes.
Provider review
A licensed provider reads every answer, may ask follow-up questions or request labs, and decides whether to prescribe.
Compounding & delivery
Your prescription goes to a state-licensed partner pharmacy, which prepares and ships it. Refills follow the schedule you choose.

Kala does not make or dispense medication. Prescriptions written by your provider are filled by independent, state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies and shipped directly to you.
